18th Annual Women of Distinction
Please join us on May 1st at 6pm at the Westmark Goldroom to celebrate our 2014 Women of Distinction:

Step Up Training 5:30-7pm
Daisy to Brownie, Brownies to Juniors, and Juniors to Cadettes

Annual Meeting - Reception begins at 9:30 am, the meeting will begin at 10am

14 Mother/ Daughter Yoga from 6 – 7pm at the Girl Scout office. All ages welcome. $4 per couple and $2 for each additional girl.

Leader Appreciation Day Luncheon
Drop in anytime between 12-2pm for lunch and small token of our appreciation for you!

17 CPR/ First Aid Training from 6 – 10pm at the Girl Scout office. Cost is $32.
19 Daisy/ Brownie Ballet from 1 – 2pm or 2:30 – 3:30pm at the Girl Scout office. Cost is $3.

Junior Event Day – Experience Science, Expect a Challenge 
Juniors are invited to attend a special day just for them! Juniors will participate in a day of experiments and discovery. Activities will be led by female scientists currently conducting classes and research at UAF. Specific details TBA.

Women of Distinction

Outdoor Skills Training - 9am-5pm
Learn everything you need to know about camping with Girl Scouts at Outdoor Training. This training is required before you take your troop camping. Lunch will be provided.

Camp Jessie Bloom Registration & Deposit Due

Program Aid Training - 5-8pm
Cadettes and Seniors who would like to work with younger girls are invited to attend Program Aid Training. This is a two day session.  Girls must RSVP by calling the Council office by May 12th. There must be a minimum of 6 girls for the training to occur.

Early Bird Registration Due
Register your troop for the 2014-15 year. Earn a fun patch for the girls get your year started off right!
